WHY SHOULD I TRAIN WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?

If you want to achieve a specific goal and need the motivation to do so, or are starting your exercise regime and are not sure exactly how to do it, then a Personal Trainer is the right option for you. Your Personal Trainer works closely with you by tailoring your workouts, while taking your ability and fitness level into consideration. They teach you the correct way to execute exercises to ensure you are safe and effective while doing so.

SHOULD I TRAIN ALONE WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER OR IN A GROUP?

You can train either alone or in a group of maximum 5 ladies in the Club. If you want privacy and individual focus, training alone is your best choice. Train in your group of ladies if you prefer training with others while achieving your goals together. Anytime you can try a single session first before deciding what you would like to do.

HOW DOES THE PERSONAL TRAINER TAKE A GROUP, WHO EACH HAVE DIFFERENT GOALS, AT THE SAME TIME?

The Personal Trainer can focus on each individual’s goals within the same session. This is managed using different equipments, exercises, and formats for each client depending on their individual goals. Measurements and testing is carried out monthly to ensure everyone is on track to achieving their individual goals.

HOW MANY TIMES IN THE WEEK SHOULD I TAKE PERSONAL TRAINING?

A minimum of 3 sessions weekly is recommended for general health and well-being and to see good results. The more sessions you take, the faster you will achieve your goals, but you also have to be realistic and consider your lifestyle (schedules, work, family) to know what you can commit to.

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS WITH PERSONAL TRAINING?

You can see results within 1 month. Every month your Personal Trainer takes your measurements, body composition, and fitness testing to see your results and to ensure you are on track to achieving your health and fitness goals. Because everyone is different, some will see results in a short time while for others it takes longer. Consistency with your workouts and keeping your eating habits healthy are most important – both of which your Personal Trainer helps you with.
