60 DAY CHALLENGE is our exclusive 8 week all-encompassing training program including group Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, Nutrition Planning, Measurements and Fitness Testing. Created by our professional Personal Trainers, this program is the perfect choice for anyone wanting to challenge themselves to make real change towards a healthier lifestyle in a short time.

    • Each 60 DAY CHALLENGE program runs for 2 months and consists of:

      • 24 Personal Trainer sessions in goal-specific groups
      • Unlimited attendance to Group Fitness classes with targets
      • Complete measurements before, during and after program including body composition, tape measurements, and fitness testing
      • Check-in measurements every 2 weeks to track improvements
      • Nutrition planning and monitoring by assigned Personal Trainer
      • Progress reports ensuring all targets and goals are met
      • WhatsApp groups with assigned Personal Trainer for constant support and advices

The 60 DAY CHALLENGE is a full 8-week program. Every week there are 3 group Personal Training sessions on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and there are the Group Fitness Classes on the alternate days, or at your preference. There are targets for attendance of the classes which your assigned Personal Trainer will keep track of, and will advise which Group Fitness Classes suit you the best to complement your 60 DAY CHALLENGE training.

HOW IS THE 60 DAY CHALLENGE PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM THE REGULAR MEMBERSHIP?

The 60 DAY CHALLENGE is the complete package – Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, Nutrition Planning, Fitness & Strength Testing, and Measurements. The 60 DAY CHALLENGE classes are private for each group and have multiple of our Personal Trainers in each class. This is because we focus on each client in every session to ensure all reach their goals within the program and achieve their desired results.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM THE 60 DAY CHALLENGE PROGRAM?

We have had incredible results in our past programs and we ensure that every client is on the correct path to achieve their goals with all the measurements taken for each client. Baseline measurements are taken at the start of each program and progress is monitored during the 60 DAY CHALLENGE by bi-weekly body composition tests and check-ins. The complete testing is repeated in the middle of the program and at the end of the program to see the final results.

CAN I REGISTER IN THE 60 DAY CHALLENGE IF I AM A BEGINNER?

Absolutely. Our Personal Trainers look after all of our clients regardless of their level, experience and abillity. If there are any exercises you are unable to complete, our Personal Trainers will change the exercise or intensity to better suit you and your individual needs. We make sure everyone is very well looked after throughout each program.
