Results are printed and filed at the Club for later review. Our qualified Personal Trainers discuss the results and offer guidance and advice for the next-step in our clients’ health journey. We recommend monthly measurement to ensure our clients are on the correct path towards their goals.

WHY IS IMPORTANT TO MONITOR MY RESULTS?
At Home Fitness, we are different. We genuinely care about you and your results. Monitoring your progress is essential to know if you are on the right track towards your health and fitness goals.
All of our clients have at their disposal the state-of-the-art InBody body composition machine which measures all the entire body including muscle mass, body fat, hyrdration, and more. Results are maintained and compared monthly to monitor changes and improvements.
WHEN CAN I DO INBODY TEST?
You can complete your InBody test anytime in the Club. The best time to complete the test is before exercise, and at least one-hour after eating.
WHAT IS THE COST OF INBODY TEST?
The InBody machine test is free for our clients.
HOW LONG DOES THE INBODY TEST TAKE TO COMPLETE?
The test takes approximately 2 minutes.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN TO DO THE INBODY TEST?
No. Anytime you are at the Club and you would like to test or re-test yourself, ask our friendly reception team to assist you.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF INBODY MACHINE TO ANY REGULAR BATHROOM SCALE?
The InBody machine measures much more than a normal scale. A regular bathroom scale will tell you only your total weight – it does not tell you any useful information. The InBody machine will tell you all of the following:
– how much muscle you have in your body
– how much body fat you currently have
– the areas where your muscle is distributed
– the areas where your body fat is distributed
– if you are hydrated and drinking enough water
– if you are currently eating enough proteins and minerals
– the best range for you in your muscle mass, body fat, and weight
– the types of exercise for you to focus on
Our Personal Trainers then analyse your results, explain them to you, and advise you on your next steps. We love nothing more than seeing great results and improvements in our clients’ health – it is why we do what we do!
