TRX® is full-body suspension training which utilises gravity and  your own bodyweight to increase fitness, strength and balance.

This class uses specialised suspension gear, amongst other functional training equipment to improve cardio, build muscular strength and promote weight loss.
1. What is TRX® and what is a typical TRX® Class like?
TRX® is Total Resistance Exercise that develops strength, balance, fitness, and core staibility simultaneously. It uses the specialised TRX® Supension Trainer equipment - a performance training tool that leverages gravity and body weight to perform many different exercises.

A TRX® Class at Home Fitness includes the specialised Suspension Training, coupled with various other equipments and exercises to work the entire body in fitness and strength. Each TRX® Class is different for maximum enjoyment and to keep the body guessing so results are seen in short time.

Wear comfortable sports clothing like leggings and t-shirt. Proper sports shoes are compulsory for safety. Casual or "tone-up" shoes are not advised. We have water and fresh towels at the Club so all you need to bring is yourself!
