BOXING class is a fun, action-packed workout using boxing bags and pads. Interval-style cardio and strength training works the entire body and increases fitness. Intense core training completes the workout.

Is it your first time for BOXING? It is no problem as our classes require no prior experience - your trainer will teach you everything you need to know for a safe and effective workout.
