BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and our instructor will always provide options for those just getting started. 

You will strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. A new BODYBALANCE™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography.

Absolutely! Here at Home Fitness we have a Single Class option to see if it is for you (along with 1 month and 2 months package options). We offer different types of classes, so we encourage our clients to try a variety of classes to see which ones they like best.
